Main classification of abrasive products

1. According to different materials, abrasives can be divided into metallic and non-metallic abrasives.

Nonmetallic abrasives generally include copper ore sand, quartz sand, river sand, emery, brown fused alumina, white fused alumina glass shot, etc. Due to the extremely high crushing rate, high dust content, severe pollution, and low efficiency of non-metallic abrasives, except for a few that continue to be used, most have gradually been replaced by metallic abrasives.

2. Diamond sand, obtained by strengthening the heating of sand and an appropriate amount of carbon in an electric furnace.

Natural diamond, also known as garnet, is a silicate mineral. Grinding materials made by hydraulic sorting, mechanical processing, screening and grading methods.

Usage: Sand blasting for offshore drilling platform modules, repair ships, petroleum and petrochemical equipment and pipelines, water jet cutting for stones, etc.
